VEGETABLES SORTING MACHINE

This project entitled Vegetables Sorting Machine which is to make the process of separation between unripe and ripe bell peppers.It is focused on the problems in process of separation for small and medium bell peppers entrepreneurs. Besides, most of these bell peppers sorting machines are designed on a large scale for pepper mills and very expensive. This situation makes it difficult for pepper entrepreneurs, especially for small and medium pepper entrepreneurs. Indirectly, this group use the traditional way to sort the unripe and ripe bell peppers by hand only and will consume much work time and energy. Therefore, the design of this project is built according to the affordable price and suitability for consumers and small peppers entrepreneurs. This vegetables sorting machine powered by electric and use the color sensors for the process of sorting between ripe and unripe bell peppers. In conclusion, the vegetables sorting machine project will help small and medium bell peppers entrepreneurs to ease the burden and improve more modern and effective way of life in their job as a peppers entrepreneur.
