The Application does not require users to create an account or provide personal information to access its core features.

The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Mind maps, application settings, and user preferences are primarily stored locally on your device and remain available until you delete them or uninstall the Application.

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If personal information from a child is discovered, it will be deleted as soon as reasonably possible.

You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application using your device's standard uninstall process.
