This privacy policy applies to the Baby Flash Cards: Tap & Learn app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by [Service Provider name] (the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is provided "AS IS."
The Service Provider does not collect, store, or process any personal information from users of the Application — including from children. There is no account creation, no sign-in, and no entry of personal information required or requested anywhere in the Application.
Learning progress and settings (such as which categories have been viewed or unlocked) are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to or stored on the Service Provider's servers.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process data or provide features. The Application does not gather precise device location.
While the Service Provider collects no data directly, the Application uses AdMob and Google Play Services, which automatically collect certain technical information as part of their own operation — for example, IP address, device/advertising identifiers, operating system, and general usage information needed for ad delivery, app functionality, and fraud prevention. This collection is governed entirely by their own privacy policies, not by the Service Provider:
The Service Provider has no access to, and makes no independent use of, the data these third-party SDKs collect.
The Application may display advertising, including an optional ad-supported feature that temporarily unlocks additional categories. Because this Application is directed at children, ads are served only in a manner intended to comply with applicable child-directed advertising requirements:
Ad requests are tagged for child-directed treatment.
Only contextual, non-personalized ads are served — never ads based on tracking a child's activity across other apps or sites.
No interest-based advertising or remarketing occurs.
Parents and guardians should be present when a child uses the ad-unlock feature.
Additionally, the Service Provider has configured AdMob's ad content rating controls to block ads rated for mature (18+) audiences from being served within the Application, regardless of which user session is active.
This Application is directed, in whole or in part, to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider intends to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable child privacy laws.
The Service Provider collects no personal information from children, directly or otherwise.
No account creation, chat, social features, or external links are present in the Application.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information was inadvertently collected via a third-party SDK beyond what is disclosed above, it will investigate and request deletion as soon as reasonably possible.
