This privacy policy applies to the Baby Flash Cards: Tap & Learn app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application is designed for use by young children under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and it is built to minimize data collection accordingly.
The Application does not require account creation, sign-in, or the entry of any personal information to be used. The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Basic technical information may still be received automatically as part of standard app operation, such as:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The operating system you use on your mobile device
General usage information, such as time spent in the Application
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
Learning progress and settings (such as which categories have been viewed or unlocked) are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on the Service Provider's servers.
The Application may display advertising, including an optional ad-supported feature that temporarily unlocks additional categories. Where the Application serves ads to users it believes to be children, it does so only in a manner intended to comply with applicable child-directed advertising requirements, such as serving contextual (non-behaviorally-targeted) ads rather than ads based on tracking a child's activity across other apps or websites. Parents and guardians should be present when a child uses the ad-unlock feature.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Service Provider retains Automatically Collected Information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at justquestionme123@gmail.com and they will investigate and delete it promptly.
This Application is directed, in part or in whole, to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider intends to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable child privacy laws. The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information has been inadvertently collected from a child, it will be deleted as soon as reasonably possible.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
