This privacy policy applies to the Pomodoro Cat app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created as a free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

General usage data (such as time spent in the app), used only in aggregated, anonymized form to help improve the Application
The Application does not collect precise location data from your device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
Your timer settings, session history, favorites, and sound preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to the Service Provider or any third party.
The Application does not require you to create an account or provide personally identifiable information to use its core features.

The Application uses AdMob to display optional rewarded ads that unlock certain features. AdMob may collect and process data as described in its own privacy policy, linked above.
The Service Provider may disclose automatically collected information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
when necessary, in good faith, to protect the Service Provider's rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud;
with trusted service providers who work on the Service Provider's behalf, who do not have independent use of the disclosed information, and who agree to the terms of this privacy policy.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application at any time by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the app marketplace. Uninstalling the Application will also remove all locally stored settings and session data.
Because the Application does not collect personally identifiable information, there is no user-provided data retained by the Service Provider. If you have questions about data handled by third-party services (Google Play Services, AdMob), please refer to their respective privacy policies.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The Application does not knowingly target or market to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at justquestionme123@gmail.com so it can be removed.
The Service Provider takes reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information the Application processes and maintains.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
