PRIVACY POLICY — THE COCKTAIL VAULT

This Privacy Policy applies to The Cocktail Vault — All Mix Guides application ("Application"), a cocktail recipe guide and party game.
SHORT VERSION
The Cocktail Vault doesn't require an account and doesn't save anything permanently. Favorites and unlocked sections exist only for your current browsing session and are gone once you close or reload the app.
1. WHAT THIS APP DOES
The Cocktail Vault is a browsable guide to spirits and cocktail recipes, organized by category, with recipe details, taglines, and the ability to mark drinks as favorites while you browse. It also includes the Tagay Wheel, a party game that spins to select a category of prompt or dare for group settings. Some spirit guides are gated behind a short "watch an ad to unlock" flow.
2. INFORMATION STORED BY THE APP
The Cocktail Vault stores very little, and none of it persists beyond your current session:
- A temporary flag (via your browser's session storage) tracking whether you've unlocked the gated spirit guides for this session
- Favorites you mark while browsing, which are kept only in the app's memory for the current session and are not saved to your device — they reset the next time you open or reload the app
None of this is sent to us or any server we operate.
3. AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION
Like most web and mobile apps, basic technical information may be collected automatically when you use The Cocktail Vault, including:
- IP address
- Device model and operating system
- App/browser usage statistics
- Crash reports
- Date and time of use
- Features and recipes accessed within the app
The Cocktail Vault does not collect precise location information.
4. PERSONAL INFORMATION & ACCOUNTS
The Cocktail Vault does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Cocktail Vault may use third-party services that collect information under their own privacy policies, including:
- Google Play Services (on mobile)
- An advertising provider (e.g. Google AdMob), used for the spirit-guide unlock feature
The rewarded-video unlock flow is served through an ad provider, which may collect information necessary to serve ads, prevent fraud, and measure ad performance.
6. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information may be disclosed only:
- When required by law
- To comply with legal obligations
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the app provider
- To trusted service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. ad or analytics providers), and only for the automatically collected technical information described in Section 3
7. DATA RETENTION
The unlock flag and your favorites exist only for the current browser session and are cleared automatically when you close or reload the app — there is nothing to delete beyond that. Automatically collected technical information (Section 3) may be retained only as long as necessary for analytics, security, legal compliance, and service improvement.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Cocktail Vault contains content about alcoholic beverages and is intended only for users of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. It is not intended for use by minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect information handled by the app. No method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure.
10. YOUR CHOICES
Because nothing in The Cocktail Vault persists between sessions, there's nothing to delete beyond closing the app. You can uninstall the app at any time to stop all data collection entirely.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of The Cocktail Vault after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
12. YOUR CONSENT
By using The Cocktail Vault, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Cocktail Vault and the Tagay Wheel are intended for legal-drinking-age adults only and are meant for entertainment purposes. Please drink responsibly, never drink and drive, and know your limits — this app is a recipe and party-game guide, not a bar tab.
