Difficulty interdisciplinary - in surgical teams, implementation of guidelines, the patient should be part of the team, people in medical profession don't want to step in others people place, should be more about communication and team work

international guidelines, remote communication, virtual and remote care (as seen in the pandemics) is an opportunity to reach more patients and acess to care
the way forward: fellowship programs, interconnectivity, interdisciplinary programs - we became better doctor by doing this and improve health care
Scott - Communication in sports - inclusion o fthe patient, principles and ethics, create behaviour changes, the art of coaching differente people, understand the own bodies and abilities (and limits) - people should be on the same page
To win a gold medal: performance pratice plan (to increase power, lower times, etc) - to achieve human excellence
Everyone is part of the team, doctors, coaches
Be curious of others people work to articulate theirs with yours - innovation environments
willingness to be vulnearable and wanting to learn more, not be afraid to ask
going forward, not doing the same thing every single time, evolve, change - look at problems in different ways - different prespectives

problem of communication in space agencies - that's a lot of technology (Europe, USA, International space station), health problems are the same for all
there's a need of understanding of what all the teams do to achieve interdisciplinary, appreciate it and use it to sucess of your team. Connectivity between the teams.
