Nor is mostly stupid all the time and could barely even process on what he's looking at, this results to him basically not caring much about the possible danger that's onto him and acting more silly.

Aside from that, there's times he is actually serious, though this is rare. An example would be one in Part 2.

He also loves his friends very much in a platonic way, especially Stretcher. He would do anything to protect his friends from anything bad.

Positive

He is very friendly and outgoing with many people, especially his friends. Though he's dumb, he's still very nice and willing to do anything for his friends to be happy. One example could be in Part 4, where he simply tries to do anything just for his friend Scarlet to be happy. It took a while, but it eventually worked in the end. He cares his friends more than anything else.

His dumbness can be a negative trait however, as John and him had a tension in Part 2 for a bit, mostly because of his dumbness and what he and Stretcher looks like.

For Lucifer's side, he's simply good friends with him and his friends. They don't hang out often, but they do fun stuff when they do.

For Doom's side, Nor used to hate Doom at first due to him making his life basically a lie, but made a deal with him about it and is more like his ally now. He doesn't really care about his friends, Cobalt and Marion that much.

Before knowing about Goop, Anna and Mirka used to try to kill Nor, as they thought he was a bad person. Nor hated them because of this which caused a short rivalry. After knowing about Goop's existence and Nor's plans, they eventually sided with Nor and tries defeating Goop.

Negative

He despises Goop, as he's the one mainly trying to kill him simply because he wants to raid Nor's world for land and base expansion. Goop has tried to send a robot that was severely more stronger to kill him, named Scarlet, though it failed and backfired. 

When he first met Noir, he was very skeptical and scared from him, but after Part 5, he doesn't really know what to feel about him. Though, they are definitely not friends as he is his negative emotions technically.

For Hiru and Pende, he isnt really friends with both of them but he realizes that they also do not like Goop as well, they all don't team up simply because of different plans.
