An obnoxious and awfully loud person who specifically goes out of her way to mess with people, and takes pleasure in their pain. She’s a public menace who manipulates and guilt trips people to get what she wants.

Positive

Admittedly, she doesn’t have many friends.  But, that makes the few she has very special to her.  A shining example of this is Amy.  She considers to be her best friend, and often tells her little bits of things she wouldn’t really tell anyone else.  She finds comfort in Amy’s presence and similar attitude and world views.  It makes it easy for them to get along, and she enjoys that greatly.  There might also be something more to that, but Millie is far from emotionally intelligent, so that’s for another time…

Negative

In part, she blames Cobalt for the way she ended up.  She’s completely and utterly appalled at how he made her turn out this way, yet he gets to be the good guy.  He gets everything he wants. He has a pretty life, pretty friends, and more!  It makes her teeth clench to think about how he lives ten times better than she does.  She went through all of that, and what does she have to show for it?  She is extremely jealous of Cobalt, believing he doesn’t deserve a single sliver of what he has.

While her hatred isn’t as extreme, she still has some choice words for Andrew.  If he had just gotten over his angsty shit when he still had the chance, maybe she could’ve been different.  She doesn’t think it’s fair how he could just ignore all of his problems, haul himself off in his office, and not take care of his children for god knows how many years, and STILL come out on top.  She thinks that if he maned the hell up, maybe she’d be just a bit happier.
