He chats a lot and is very outgoing when with his friends, especially to Cobalt and Marion. He is not the same way to meeting with new people though, he's rather more introverted and anxious which leads to awkward conversations that barely last long.

He loves both Cobalt and Marion very much and they are both his whole world to him, which is why he would rather spend more time with them.

Positive

Cobalt and Marion are extremely important people to his life, as they both make him happy and content, unlike his parents. Examples of this could include him meeting Marion at first, who stood up for him to Doom's bullies and Cobalt simply caring for Doom and comforting him.

For Nor, Doom had always liked him and the silly idea of him being a stupid but powerful person (when he was just a drawing to him of course). He doesn't really know how to feel knowing that he's actually alive, so their conversations with each other are very awkward.

Negative

He hates Waylen and Austin, as they bullied him and manipulated him to get his own money. He no longer has contact with them ever since. 

He also heavily hates his parents. He despises them as they never cared for his health at all. They always abused and neglected him which led to him having many suicide attempts. After Doom read "Jacob's AWESOME JOURNAL!!", he regrets ever seeing Jacob as a bad person and mourns over him. He grows more hatred to Riya as well.

He doesn't exactly hate Noir as much as Waylen or Riya, but it's not like he's really in good terms with him either. They sometimes get into arguments, and their so called "bad terms" gets worse as Cobalt sees Noir as a son. (Hes just jealous)
