Foodstart is a fast food restaurant in the Nor Universe. It is mentioned by Nor multiple times and sometimes makes appearances, most notably Part 4.

Nor also works on it, being just a casual cashier and cooks the food in there. Scarlet also works there due to him.

Assuming from Part 3, Foodstart may exist in other universes either with a different theme or being the same, as Scarlet herself knows it.
