Doom meets Cobalt (Year: 2017)

It was a sunny new day, Doom was sleeping while Marion was up, half awake.
"Yo...Doom, bud'.....we gotta go to our lectures.....god I'm still sleepy." Marion said while shaking Doom to wake him up.
Doom was still sleeping and snored really loudly, so Marion decided to slap him in the face mildly. It did nothing and Doom was still sleeping, snoring more loudly than before.
"I'll get ya' ice cream if.....ya' wake up." Marion said.
"Oh shit, really!?" Doom suddenly wakes up, all excited.
"Woah, slow down. We'll ge' it later." Marion said.
"Bet!! I'll dress up right now!!" Doom said.
"Do you mind splashin', uh, cold water on my face? I'm kinda half sleep'..." Marion asked.
"Sure!" Doom said.
Doom proceeded to get cold water in a cup from the sink and splashed it on Marion's face.
"Wew! I feel better now! We have at least 20 minutes till the lecture starts. I'll go make coffee for us both." Marion said.
After both Marion and Doom were done drinking, they went to their lecture on time. They both walked in silently, with Mr. Edge, Doom and Marion's teacher, teaching and talking. They quietly went to their seats and sat down.
"I'll just draw, I guess, you got any ideas?" Doom asked.
"You should draw me eatin' yogurt!" Marion said.
"Sure." Doom said.
About 5 minutes later, Doom was done drawing. He showed it to Marion.
"Sick!" Marion said, grabbed the paper and ate it.
"Wow. Well shit, I ran out of paper. I didn't even restock it yesterday." Doom said.
"Might as well listen to the damned lecture! Your grades ain't doin' so good, y'know." Marion said.
"How do you know?" Doom said.
"You leave ur' laptop open every night, 'course I had to do somethin' with it!" Marion said.
"Did you.....see those drawings?" Doom said.
"What drawings?" Marion said, then raised his eyebrow.
"Uh....nothing." Doom said.
"Sure, buddy." Marion said.
"Agh, I'll just listen to the lecture." Doom said.
After 2 hours and a half, the lecture was finally done. They went to the hallway.
"I can't feel my ass. I can't feel my ass." Doom said.
"C'mon, you haven't got used to the chair yet? Amateur!" Marion said.
"Oh shut up! Can we get ice cream now?" Doom asked.
"'Fter school ends. But we shoul' probably just eat snacks for now." Marion said.
"Oh, fine." Doom said.
They walked to their next class, which took them about 7 minutes. They spent most of their time eating snacks in classes that allowed them to and listening the teacher's lectures. After they were finally done with all of their classes, they started walking to the ice cream shop.
"Y'know, can you maybe buy sum' coffee for me in the coffee shop 'ere? I'm feeling a bit tired after that. I'll buy ya' ice cream and you buy me coffee. We can use our wallets too." Marion said.
"Deal! We go back at the dorm after?" Doom agreed.
"Yeah." Marion said.
Both Marion and Doom eventually went to their destinated places.
Marion's POV
Marion went to Doom's favorite ice cream shop, Baskin Robbins. He was in and out of the store since he got the ice cream he ordered in 2 minutes. He then went to the dorm and waited for Doom.
Doom's POV
Doom walked into the store and saw a person who seemed like who was finishing up things around the store.
"Hello?" Doom said.
"Oh! Hey, sorry about that...what do you want?" The cashier said, who had a name tag with Cobalt in it.
"Uhhhhhh....just uhm.....chocolate coffee?" Doom said, who was struggling to order since Marion never specifically told about it.
"You mean a mocca?" Cobalt said.
"Yeah, whatever that's called." Doom said.
"Alright." Cobalt said.
Cobalt went right away to making Doom's coffee, being done after 4 minutes.
"Thanks! I like your hair too, by the way. It looks cool." Doom said.
"Oh. Thank you, I guess." Cobalt said.
"Your welcome." Doom said.
Doom eventually went out of the store to go back to Marion but also realized Cobalt was closing the door and went the same way as him.
"Your going the same way?" Cobalt said.
"Well, uh, I'm going back to my friend since he ordered ice cream." Doom said.
"Ice cream's pretty good after a long stressful day from school." Cobalt said.
"Sure, yeah." Doom said.
"Are you going to drink that coffee?" Cobalt said.
"No, I'm giving it to him." Doom said.
"Alright. You like star wars? You have it on your shirt." Cobalt said.
"I love it! I could talk about it all day!" Doom said.
"Haha! Me too!" Cobalt said.
"I've been binge watching it every single day ever since I've been in this college. Never got bored of it." Doom said. He had a feeling of a connection to Cobalt after he had mentioned Star Wars.
"Y'know what, want my number?" Cobalt asked.
"Oh, uh, sure, yeah." Doom said nervously.
Cobalt wrote his number to a piece of paper, then gave it to Doom.
"Alright, I have to go to my dorm now. See ya!" Cobalt said.
"Bye!" Doom said.
Doom went back to the dorm, where he found Marion sleeping in the couch. Looks like he got a bit too tired, Doom thought. Doom put the coffee in the table and started watching TV while eating ice cream next to Marion.
