You will need your email, identifying information, NPI, then "add another account" - Account # 04100000, Zip code 92055, as well as 04106410, Zip Code 92055. There are 2 accounts to enter.
User Access -> Results
You will be sent a pin, enter pin to complete registration
Sign in
Customize dashboard
Deselect all options except results inbox and results search, hit update shortcuts.
4.) Call Labcorp
Have at the ready:
Patient's name and DOB.
Account number (04100000, or 04106410)
Date of service (when was the lab drawn)
Fax you want the lab result to be sent to.
