Family Practice

The purpose of this presentation is to talk about practice management, how to run a practice, and how patients can have a better experience from the doctor visit. For example you can talk about medical home port, HEDIS, clinic efficiency, motivational interviewing, how to impact change in your patients, etc. The presentation should be focused and narrow in scope. This will be presented the month after your population health block.
