2023 PRT Overview

CY2023 PFA Schedule (Dates are subject to change):


ALL PARFQS ARE DUE NLT 31 MAR 2023 IN PRIMS AND ALL MED WAIVERS ARE DUE  TO THE DIR ACFL (HM3 WHITE,) BY 5 MAY 23. Do NOT wait until the last minute as it may prevent you from participating in the PFA.

Please complete and save your PARFQ in PRIMS 2.0. 

(If you currently are Light Duty, LIMDU or on an MedBoard you still need to complete the medical waiver. If your waiver is not turned in by the stated deadline there will be no exceptions made for members, they are very adamant and strict about this for this cycle. Attached are all needed forms for the waiver process.)


Uniform: BCAs and early BCAs will be conducted on multiple days depending on what cardio option you choose. Official Navy PT Uniform MUST be worn.  Scrubs and other organizational clothing will not be allowed.  Only OFFICIAL weigh-ins will be performed at this time.

Weigh-ins. 0600-1715, H-200 Satellite Gym, Room 1501. Navy PTU or Uniform of the Day. Articles of clothing will not be deducted. If you need circumference measurements, you need to be in Navy PTU.

PRT Testing: Signup will occur during the BCA.

WHERE: 22 Area Run Site or H-200 Satellite Gym, Room 1501 for alternate cardio. In Navy PTU. 

WHAT: Pre-physical questionnaire, dynamic warm up, stretching, exercise. 

Alternate cardio: two treadmills, three upright bicycles. Swim PRT - 13 Area swimming pool (9 laps). 

Alternate cardio: sign up at H-200 Gym, Room 1501 for the desired event beginning 20SEP2021 AFTER you have completed your BCA. 

12-29OCT2021: OUTSIDE RUN

M-F, 0600/0900/1300

01-19NOV: ALTERNATE CARDIO

M-F, 0600/0900/1200/1400

08-10DEC: Late PRT Run and alternate

Thursday and Friday, 0600/0900

SWIM:

Complete PRIMS Login Access ASAP

PRIMS Login Access

1) Goto: https://www.bol.navy.mil/

 (a) as this is a secure website you may need to copy this link directly into your browser

2) Click on CAC Login

3) Once you login to Bupers Online you will have the option to login to PRIMS / PARFQ

3) Click on PRIMS / PARFQ

4) You may need to enter your CAC pin again

5) Done, you can now complete your PRIMS PARFQ
