Please complete and save your PARFQ in PRIMS 2.0.
(If you currently are Light Duty, LIMDU or on an MedBoard you still need to complete the medical waiver. If your waiver is not turned in by the stated deadline there will be no exceptions made for members, they are very adamant and strict about this for this cycle. Attached are all needed forms for the waiver process.)
Uniform: BCAs and early BCAs will be conducted on multiple days depending on what cardio option you choose. Official Navy PT Uniform MUST be worn. Scrubs and other organizational clothing will not be allowed. Only OFFICIAL weigh-ins will be performed at this time.
NOTES:
Your requested PRT date/time is your place of duty on that specific day. Failure to do so will result in a UA status in PRIMS, which is a failure for the cycle.
If you choose an alternative cardio option, it is recommended that you practice on that model machine prior to the day of your PRT.
Please be aware that planks will be accounted for this cycle.
It is your responsibility to know what is a passing failing score for the PRT, not the ACFLs.
If you fail your PRT, you will have 24 hours to route a Bad Day chit. If it is approved, you must complete another PRT within 7 days from your original date. You cannot switch your cardio option at this time. If you fail again, you fail your PFA and will be placed in FEP.
If you fail your BCAs, you will be placed in FEP.
