WHAT: DEI/SDOH LONGITUDINAL CURRICULUM
WHY: Foster an environment that highlights awareness of DEI principles and supports inclusive clinical care and cultural competence in a manner that contributes to operational readiness, unit cohesion, and excellence in leadership.
WHERE: Across all rotations and specialties.
WHEN: The DEI curriculum and is longitudinal and not limited to any single rotation or post-graduate year. Specific rotations that place additional emphasis on DEI topics are as follows:

Practice Management Rotation

Schedule/Resident Requirements:
-Attend quarterly AM report lectures on DEI topics provided by DEI team and/or guest lecturers
-Attend annual half day afternoon didactic session provided by DEI team and/or guest lecturers
-Case Reports – all MOOD and OB M&M cases must have DEI/SDOH slide and discussion
