Observations, Opinions, Odds & Ends
These are personal comments and thoughts, such as one might form in a lifetime of observing our world and its residents. Some may be a bit controversial or not "politically correct", in the present vernacular, but they are mine. Whether they represent foolishness, wisdom, or the great gray middle is not for me to say.
Some have been, or might have been, sent to newspapers as "Letters to the Editor", but it's not easy to get them into actual publication, at least in the New York Times, not unless your name is Felicia Ackerman. None of mine have made it so far, so I've given up on that.
