George is retiring from arranging the Fixture List but will continue for one more year , George has a Disk to show the next person how it is done for whoever
takes over.
AOB.
Harrogate Club said it was a nice way to finish the season with the winners v the rest, but it would be nice if we could play two players from each club,
That would only be possible if the greens we play on has six rinks, some of the clubs can only manage five rinks.
An Email was received from Bishop Monkton club stating that if an apponents green was unplayable could the match be played on the home teams ground.
It was proposed that both captains had to agree to this,
A vote was taken on this proposal & passed by 8 votes for & 1 against.
Topcliffe club put a proposal forward that they have had a struggle to field four ladies to play as some ladies work, They enjoy playing in the Bateson league
And asked if they could play with fewer than four,
It was decided for one year they need not play four ladies if they are short.
Derek George & Graham were thanked again for all their hard work.
The next AGM will be held on Friday 16th of November at Thirsk Athletic Club.
The meeting ended at 2-40pm.
