Lot of rain finally. A break from watereing

Lots of rain. Almost 2 in over the last three days
Had to tie up the plants

Not much happening. from the last post. It is mostly routine watering
The Zinnia at the back are growing tall
The dahlias on the deck have all flowered.
Happy to see my largest sunflower (9 '') even though it is a dwarf variety
The pereniel mums are still in buds
The new hydrangeas are not growing though they appear helathy.
