Looks like the plants are starting to grow now (8 weeks after planting)
Two theories why the veggies are not doing well.
One, I planted more than a week early. Maybe the seedlings were not good quality
Two, there were several 90 degrees days and cool days after transplant. Probably the plants shut down.
The perennials did not have this problem. They did great this year except for the destruction by deers and bunnies.
