A huge marketplace where people trade and socialize on a day to day basis. It has been taken over by the Bridge Brigade.
A place for captured criminals.
The secret Revolutionary Base hidden within one of the legs of Tequila Wolf.
A militia group that has taken over military rule in Tequila Wolf’s free market. They are not autocratic in the sense that they belittle the population, and many of the Tequila Wolf civilians look at the Bridge Brigade with awe and wonder. It is a very affordable line of work for many of the Tequila Wolf inhabitants.
The East Blue branch of the Revolutionary Army is stationed in the Centrifuge, a place hidden within one of the legs in Tequila Wolf. The current agenda of the Revolutionary Army in the East Blue is to bolster its forces for a united front against the largest Marine base in the East Blue, the Organ Islands.
A group of mischarged prisoners living in the Crucible, fighting for freedom in the slums of the Crucible. To find freedom is a harsh path for them when there are no courts of justice. There are also freedom fighters on the main Tequila Wolf platform, who want to see the abolition of the Crucible.
The economy of Tequila Wolf is mainly dependent on imports for food and water, but the locals have become more independent with green gardens in recent history. It isn’t that the inhabitants can’t feed themselves, but they are importing food for the vast amount of tourists and passing travelers that arrive on the bridge.
Locals are taxed for the Bridge Brigade’s services and continued wages, without the Bridge Brigade, pirates would run rampant on the bridge and loot and plunder without a care in the world. Many failed attempts at this have led to a large sum of the criminals in the Crucible being pirates of the past. Marines will often pay the island the bounty of the criminal in exchange for handing the criminal over into Marine custody.
Tequila Wolf is void of all fauna beyond the greenhouses they use to grow food with.
For seven hundred long years, Tequila Wolf has been one of the many large scale projects in the East Blue. Historically, the bridge was a project designed by the World Government to connect all of the islands together in one massive interstate.
After Monkey D. Luffy became King of the Pirates and the World Government began to crumble into a recession, the Tequila Wolf project was abandoned after most of the slaves were freed from the bridge that had been in the works for seven hundred years. Some of the people stayed and made their lives out of the bridge, for that was all they knew.
The bridge became a staple representation of the power of the World Government during these times. A lost part of the past that was standing in the water. As the years passed, more and more people came to Tequila Wolf, building houses and markets on the bridge as a way to attract sea-faring individuals to stop-by and take a look at what was available.
Because of Tequila Wolf’s mostly uninhabitable environment, many of its residents started huge gardens that would provide food for the residents. Food was a sort of delicacy that would trade for high value in Tequila Wolf and still does see inflated prices today.
As the World Government regained power, it never saw the continuation of the Tequila Wolf project out of disinterest in expanding its horizons, it invested every beli it had into securing their place on top of the world.
In the last twenty years it’s rumored that the Revolutionary Army has its East Blue Headquarters inside of Tequila Wolf, but even then, not many people talk about it.
Under the markets and living is a hanging platform under the bridge that is a massive prison called The Crucible. These people have been evicted from the bridge for committing crimes and are put under heavy watch inside the crucible by the Bridge Brigade, a militia formed by the bridge inhabitants.
Inside of the leg of the bridge is The Centrifuge, a massive training ground for Revolutionary warriors. Most of the Tequila Wolf populace is completely unaware of its existence and one cannot just haphazardly find their way into the Centrifuge.
The secrets of Tequila Wolf run deep and the Crucible is a prison where the inhabitants are lucky to be fed a meal from above. It is hard to say why Tequila Wolf ended up like this. Perhaps it was the lack of food and a lack of central government that enabled the Bridge Brigade to take over and the Revolutionary Army to seep into the bridge, and perhaps those criminals deserved to starve in the crucible.
There are many in Tequila Wolf looking for change, seeing the bridge as a painful rhetoric of the past in its current state.
