A town mostly abandoned, but the mainstay for criminals who are looking for trouble. This town used to be a buzzing place of activity, now it’s a criminal town inhabited mostly by fishmen who are amassing weapons.
A large and dense forest on Goat Island where sightings of small people have been sighted for several years now. Dwarves from the Grand Line journeyed to the East Blue twenty years ago and made a home deep in this forest amongst the trees.
The main village on Goat Island. After a terrible attack from pirates fifty years ago, the settlers moved to the other side of the island and raised a new village. This village saw great growth and became a nice and well established place for people to live out their lives without much worry.

A tribe of dwarves that migrated from the Grand Line to Goat Forest in search of a better life. Their existence is primarily unknown to the other inhabitants of Goat Island.
Goat Island’s economy is mainly based on grains and local trading, being fully independent with their food stores, the island rarely struggles on the side of economy. It is rich with life, love, and laughter.
The flora of the island is mostly spread out in vibrant greenery with sometimes rocky cliff faces like Cheese Village sits atop, but the most flora can be found where the Roshoa Tribe lives, in Goat Forest.
Goat Forest is lightly scattered with trees and trailing pathways that have been traveled for decades. As one ventures deeper within the forest, the vegetation becomes thicker and thorny vines twist around trees. Poisonous plants can give you rashes and the canopy becomes thick enough to cast out most of the sunlight.
Apart from being the base of operations for the former Alvida Pirates, Goat Island was not much of anything but a forested island with wildlife. When the East Blue was liberated of many of its biggest pirates, Goat Island saw settlers move from Goa Kingdom to this small island and form a village on it. At the time it was just called Goat Village and the settlers lived on the island in relative peace for fifty years.
Everything changed when the Maldora Pirates landed on the shores of Goat Village and raided the entire village for all of its valuables. At the time, the Maldora Pirates were one of the big threats in the East Blue. The Age of Warring had ended and piracy was starting to resurge once more.
The locals hadn’t been prepared for the attack, causing many people to lose their lives. After the Maldora Pirates left, a group funeral to mourn the losses of entire families and friends was held at the site which is now Old Town, the former Goat Village. The leaders of the village declared that they would move the town to the other side of the island on a high cliff’s face to prevent future pirate attacks from happening.
This would lead to the establishment of Cheese Village, a bustling village with not one bar, but two! Farmland stretches across the perimeter of Cheese Village and the people live mostly simple lives, although the village has now employed a small self-defense class for everyone to partake in. Most of the villagers now carry guns and are fit to use swords to defend themselves with.
Thirty years later, and Old Town is now inhabited by sketchy fishmen who seem to be amassing weapons for whatever reason. It was at this time that Goat Forest also saw an influx of dwarves. The Roshoa Tribe left the Grand Line after being exiled by their lord and found a new home on Goat Island. They traveled far and found themselves in the tight and thick forest of Goat Forest.
It was here that they decided to build a small city within the canopy of the trees for their children. They have lived in secrecy for many years, rarely venturing out of the forest unless the adventurous son of a father decided to leave for a brighter perspective on the world.
Goat Hill is the carrier of Cheese Village’s large stores of grain. An old man lives inside of the windmill, taking care of the day to day operations there.
