Island Domination is the process of taking over an island and claiming it as your own. To be the overseer of an island, you must be at or above the average rank of that sea. You must also defeat the leader/s of that island. The requirements for island domination are listed below.
Your Crew Rank (see below) must be at or above the rank of the sea.
You have to remove the current leadership from their position of power.
You must pay the associated Fragment fee to become the lord of that island.
You must discuss your plans with everyone else on the island before you dominate the island. If it interferes with anyone's arc, island domination can not happen. People who are planning on going to the island but have not yet started are exempt, but we push you to work out an agreement with those who fall under this if possible.
Crew Rank = sum of milestones in crew / number of crew members
The islands in each sea have a base fee and a minimum Crew Rank requirement
East Blue
Base fee: 3
Minimum Crew Rank: 2
Paradise
Base fee: 4
Minimum Crew Rank: 5
New World
Base fee: 5
Minimum Crew Rank: 7
Circumstantial fee refers to an increase or decrease in the overall fee for island domination. It is calculated by taking into account the circumstances surrounding the island, the group's capabilities, and the staff team's final decision.
Upon giving up your island, you will receive half of your spent fragments rounded down. Your island cannot be dominated by someone else without your consent.
Conquered Islands must be discussed with staff so a replacement for the things destroyed can be figured out for new players.
