Upon entering CP0 your existence is scrubbed from the records or you must somehow change your appearance if the former is impossible. Entering CP9 or CP0 requires a display of absolute loyalty to the government that catches the attention of the Gorosei along with some formidable skills.

To join CP9, your character must have at least 10 milestones and know all the basic Rokushiki.

To join CP0, your character must have at least 25 milestones and know all the basic Rokushiki.
