This lesson plan aims to encourage students to reflect on the diversity of occupations and the potential for pursuing their dream career. Students at Tobias Remígio School study in rural areas and are accustomed to living in and for the countryside. This lesson plan will spark new perspectives and spark dreams of pursuing a different career for rural students.

The students are aged 11 to 15, have a basic level of English, are disciplined and have a desire to learn. This project will show a different view of the world. By the end of the lesson, students will be able to identify and classify a variety of occupations, describe job duties and workplace environments, and engage in career-related discussions—using intermediate vocabulary, appropriate collocations, and present simple/present continuous forms.
