INTRODUCTION

In my PDPI Final Project, a choice board about vocabulary was developed with eight options to the students choose three options of activity. The theme is Travel and Destination and the objective is to encourage students to express their travel preference using English vocabulary and simple structures. This subject is very interesting, because a lot of students like to study new places and cultures. I will apply this class in the middle school, and I am going to use speaking, writing, vocabulary and creativity activities. The target language will be countries, cities, transport, activity and expression of preference.

This choice board relies on the TESOL Principles are 1, 2 and 5, and it will be developed with my students in middle school (grade 6th 10-13 years old) performing at A1 English´s Level, it is going to be applied in Natal-RN, in Ary Parreira School, a public school in the urban area that has agreement with the navy during the morning and in the afternoon. In the class there are more o less 37 students. I will form grups of 5 students, and they will choose what they want to do.
