THE FACTS:

(1) There were about 30, 10-15 year olds, they were caught slaughtering a 150 lb pig...at a barn beside a farmhouse that Maori had burnt down 2 weeks previously.

(2) Question: How do you slaughter a pig if you are unarmed? And if you can slaughter a 150LB pig you can certainly slaughter a man.

(3) These 'kids' were looting in a time of war...they were the equivalent of modern day ram raiders...and they got what they deserved from the local farmers who were protecting their property, and had had a gutsful of them..

(4) So, go ahead change the name, if it makes you feel any better...BUT in the intervening 134 years between the looters of 1868 and the ram raiders of 2002 has anything really changed?...except the name of MAXWELL.
