Hello team,
Please read the following message regarding Minnesota's Paid Leave Program and Payroll Deduction.
A document requiring your signature is available in ADP. *If you experience any issues signing it in the ADP app, please try accessing ADP from a desktop computer or through a web browser on your phone.
As required by Minnesota law, all employers must begin participating in the program and contribute to its funding. Beginning with your first paycheck after January 1,2026, you will see a new payroll deduction associated with the Paid Leave Program. This deduction will appear as a separate line item on your pay stub.
Attached are three documents for your reference:
Paid Leave Overview - Explains coverage, eligibility, and more important details.
Acknowledgement Form - Shows the document you'll need to sign in ADP.
Program Poster - This will be posted in the salon employee break room for reference.
This information will also be available to you on the intranet by December 1st, 2025.

The benefits available under the new program
How eligibility is determined
How to request paid leave once the program begins
Details about employee and employer contributions
