All services are accessed with a phone call with a real person in our offices by calling 1-800-448-8326.  You can call anytime, 24/7/365!

What should you expect when you call?

No matter what services you want to access, the behavioral/mental health specialist that answers the phone will work with you to get you connected to the service you need. The specialist can help you with counseling, coaching, legal, financial and community referrals. All information obtained will remain confidential and your employer will never know you have called. 

What if you just need to ask a question or want to follow up on something?
