When a manager has decided to hire or rehire a new employee they will fill out the form below and HR will be notified. HR will reach out to make a verbal offer to the new hire and let them know the documents and communications they can expect in the immediate future.
Once this form has been filled out and submitted it will be automatically sent to all departments that need to take action to set up the new employee in our systems including finance and helpdesk.
After a verbal offer has been extended, HR will send the new employee an offer letter, employment agreement, and will immediately submit their information to our background check affiliate. In the event that the employee does not pass the background check, the offer will be rescinded, and the manager will be notified by HR.
Once a clear background check has been completed and the offer letter and employment agreement are received the new employee will be sent a Welcome Email from HR containing information of what to expect up to and including their first day.
Recruitment is responsible for sending and maintaining all background check invitations, offer letters, termination letters employment agreements and any other legal documentation required for hiring new employees.
