Breaking Commission

In order to break commission please use the following formula:

Your hourly rate multiplied by hours worked each week, divided by Commission %.

For example:

$15.97 (hourly rate) x 30 hours worked / 38% commission = $1,261 service goal to break commission

Note: this goal must be EXCEEDED in order to break commission
