🍂September Salon Newsletter out now!🍂
Artists Sanitation Standards
To create an elevated environment for all (consistent, neat, & tidy). All guests should expect a clean and welcoming station. Company-wide, station checks will occur randomly on a monthly basis to make sure we’re all meeting JUUT’s and the MN Board of Cosmetology standards.
KEEP YOUR STATION NEAT. JUUT has implemented a company-wide standard for hair stations. The only things allowed at your station is one retail focus product with corresponding sign/pedestal, save the date sign, business cards and name card (and make sure this matches the name on your license!).
Personal items allowed to be displayed include:
Anniversary awards
Anniversary and/or Daymaker flowers
Up to 3 crystals
Not on display at your station: oils or excess products, spray bottles, cell phones, beverages, plants, pictures, finishing tools etc.
Make sure your mirror is clean and surfaces are free of dust, all cords are tucked away, and chair is facing forward when not in use.
Do not use your station/chair on your breaks, in between guests, working on client file cards, or daily 30. There is plenty of space in the salon to do these tasks without being on the floor.
Do not finishing/styling your hair or doing makeup at your station at any time of the day.
For more specific regulations regarding sanitation, please refer to the State Regulation Booklet located in each salon.
