🎮 Gaming Joke Universe (GJU)
A Subsidiary of the Joke Comic Universe
Once a rival, now a partner—the Gaming Joke Universe (GJU) officially integrated into the Joke Comic Universe (JCU) family on September 26, 2025, marking a new era of collaboration and creativity. The merger was finalized after a lunch table meeting in high school, where both sides struck a deal: JCU holds 51% of all profit shares, while GJU retains 49%, ensuring both companies thrive together under shared leadership and vision.
Founded by Seth (Owner) and Wyatt Logsdon (Chairman), the GJU was originally established as a competing company to the JCU. It launched on September 19, 2025, following Seth’s departure from the JCU after a fallout with company leadership. Determined to prove himself, Seth created the GJU as an alternative to the volunteer-based JCU system, focusing on structure, innovation, and creativity.
However, what began as rivalry soon evolved into respect. After several days of back-and-forth talks and growing mutual admiration between Seth, Wyatt, Life Cloyd (Chairman of JCU), and Jaxh (CEO of JCU), both sides agreed that collaboration would benefit everyone more than competition. The result: the GJU officially became a subsidiary under the JCU umbrella, while maintaining full creative independence
With the recent breakup of the JCU friend group, the GJU ended up being included in everything. On March 29, 2026—one of the remaining members, Life Cloyd, decided to make a new website and reboot the GJU, due to him finding out earlier that day he had his access to the website revoked by the owner, Seth, who was amongst one of the members who split apart from the group.
So, as of now, the GJU is in a state of restructuring and refining to be fully integrated into the JCU Company. No longer as a subsidiary, but as a direct extension managed by Life Cloyd.
