Taskforces of the JCL
Over the span of the JCL's lifetime throughout history, it was mostly just heroes and field agents, but that all changed in 1975 with the JCL Expansion Plan. this plan's goal was to expand the JCL's operations, Embassies, growth, and to add Taskforces to the up and coming organization.
The JCL needed a highly trained military group that they could send to stomp out smaller conflicts, peacekeeping, and for use of organized raids.
