Incel joined the JCL in 2008 at the age of sixteen, recruited personally by Jewman after a quiet but remarkable demonstration of his abilities in cryptography and data architecture. At the time, he was a socially withdrawn teenager with poor hygiene, no friends, and a reputation for vanishing into computer labs for days at a time. What caught Jewman’s attention was not confidence or charisma, but invisibility. No one paid attention to him. No one thought he mattered. And that, to Jewman, made him the perfect vault.
From the moment he entered the JCL, Incel was placed not on the front lines, but deep within the organization’s nervous system. He was entrusted with building and maintaining the most secure data infrastructure the JCL had ever known. Over time, his role narrowed and intensified until he became the single point of custody for the JCL’s most sensitive information—Division Bravo deployments, classified mission logs, secret hero identities, experimental projects, and sealed archives that even high-ranking heroes were not permitted to access freely.
Rather than relying on servers that could be hacked, sabotaged, or seized, Incel insisted on a radical solution: a single encrypted flash drive, air-gapped from all networks, carried on his person at all times. That flash drive now contains the heart of the JCL. He sleeps with it nearby, works with it in his pocket, and has been known to refuse medical treatment if it meant letting it out of his reach. Incel himself has become the final firewall.
Hacking: Incel has shown to be very advanced in the hacking field, able to hack into basically anything that is not a NASA level security base.
Incel’s greatest weakness is his body.
He neglects his health, showers infrequently, eats poorly, and rarely leaves his office except when absolutely required. He is physically frail, socially isolated, and highly vulnerable outside controlled environments. In the field, he requires constant protection.
Psychologically, he is deeply paranoid. He trusts almost no one. He assumes betrayal is inevitable and has contingency plans not only for enemies, but for fellow heroes, administrators, and even Jewman himself.
If the flash drive is taken from him, he becomes functionally powerless—and the JCL becomes catastrophically exposed.
He controls access to every classified operation, authorizes all high-level data transfers, and serves as the final archivist of the JCL’s history. Entire divisions operate on information that only he fully understands. To most heroes, he is a strange, reclusive figure who smells faintly of stale coffee and never makes eye contact.
To the leadership, he is irreplaceable.
As long as Incel lives, the JCL’s secrets remain contained.
If he ever falls, the collapse of the organization would follow within days.
