The Joke Comic Universe (JCU) is a massive, interconnected fictional universe whose purpose is to equally make fun of any race, ethnicity, government, organization, cult, gang, cartel, etc. by picking apart info about them and using it in our own context to make a creative narrative, it doesn't matter who it is, we make sure we involve everyone and we're coming for you too. As of now, the JCU currently features 220+ original characters, spanning heroes, villains, morally gray figures, government agencies, cults, criminal cartels, alien empires, and experimental factions that blur the line between parody and serious storytelling. This site serves as an archive—housing character profiles, faction breakdowns, timelines, lore entries, shows, films, spinoffs, and universe-wide events—while continuously expanding as new stories are released. Equal parts absurd, dark, grounded, and epic, the JCU is designed as a long-running shared experience where comedy and chaos coexist with real stakes, long histories, and evolving power dynamics.

🛡️ The Joke Comic League (JCL)
Founded in 1965 by Jewman, the Joke Comic League was created as a global coalition of heroes dedicated to protecting the innocent and pushing back against rising tides of evil. Formed during a time of great tension and unrest, the JCL stands as a bastion of hope, humor, and heroism. It serves as the primary frontline against villainy and authoritarian regimes, acting with government funding and international oversight. The League exists to help those in need, intervene in global crises, and combat dangerous entities that threaten world stability. Despite occasional internal disagreements and periods of division—such as the infamous civil war within their ranks—the League remains one of the most powerful and iconic hero organizations in the JCU. Its base of operations includes advanced technology, an international intelligence network, and a satellite communications array linking them to various factions and world powers.
Formed and led by the radiant hero Gayifier , the Rainbow Guard is a vibrant strike team of LGBTQ+ champions who act as defenders of queer justice and expression across the globe. Comprised of Gayifier’s adopted children—the team operates with unmatched unity and pride, responding to both supernatural threats and societal oppression wherever they arise. Trained in both combat and compassion, the Rainbow Guard works from Gayifier’s secret sanctuary known as the Spectrum Bastion. Though the group functions like a family, one member remains excluded: Trevor Gaylord, Gayifier’s biological son. The Rainbow Guard continues to stand tall as a beacon of solidarity, love, and resistance within the network of the Joke Comic League.
The Chaos Makers are a volatile, unpredictable group whose sole purpose is to spread disorder and instability across the world. Unlike most villainous organizations that seek power or control, the Chaos Makers thrive on disruption for its own sake. Their chaos manifests through terror campaigns, corrupt rituals, assassinations, and theatrical destruction aimed at unraveling societal structure. While they have personal motives, the group as a whole rejects order, law, and consistency. Their unpredictable nature makes them difficult to track or prepare for, and their disregard for alliances or long-term goals sets them apart from more strategic threats. When they appear, cities fall into panic, institutions collapse under pressure, and the world is left questioning what’s real and what’s part of their elaborate games.
The Eclipse Syndicate is a powerful, underground paramilitary and cyber-intelligence organization formed on January 5th, 1990, by a group of disillusioned former Joke Comic League operatives. Once respected engineers, elite strategists, and tactical experts within the League, these individuals turned against the very institution they helped build, believing the JCL had grown corrupt and self-obsessed. Viewing themselves as revolutionaries, they banded together to expose and dismantle what they saw as a failed system. Since its founding, the Syndicate has grown into a highly organized and well-funded network, using advanced A.I., military hardware, and deep-web surveillance systems. They are notorious for executing targeted raids, infiltrating League bases, and orchestrating psychological warfare. Operating from the shadows with corporate backing and access to black-market technologies, the Eclipse Syndicate has become one of the greatest existential threats to the JCL and global stability, challenging the very foundation of what heroism means in a modern world.
The Iron Reich is a resurrected fascist empire driven by the ideologies of the original Nazi regime. With a militarized hierarchy consisting of Adolf Hitler, Nazi-man, Antisemitic-man, and Viktor Eisenwolf, the Iron Reich commands an army of advanced combat trained German soldiers. The organization’s core objective is to revive the Reich through technological supremacy, racial purification, and the extermination of the Jewish race, particularly those who have dared to stand against them. Their operations are brutal, often involving mass experimentation, deep underground bunkers, lunar occupations, and historical revisionism weaponized into propaganda and terror. They do not merely want control—they seek dominance through annihilation. Their most devastating move was the calculated extermination of the Jewish League in 2005, a mission that shocked the global hero community and caused the final withdrawal of Jewman from his former Jewish allies.
🕍 The Citadel of Jews
The Citadel of Jews is a magnificent, interdimensional sanctuary floating in space—a homeworld for Jews across time and reality. Governed by the legendary patriarchs Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the Citadel serves as a cultural, spiritual, and technological hub that symbolizes survival, faith, and resilience. Built to protect and preserve Jewish life in all its forms, the Citadel is accessible only through specially-designed portal guns held by Jewish beings. Unlike Earth-based governments or institutions, the Citadel operates independently, outside the reach of traditional politics, war, or corruption. It is a place of council, refuge, and education. While it does not intervene directly in Earth’s affairs often, its presence alone offers a powerful symbol of continuity and identity for those seeking refuge from oppression—especially when facing global threats like the Iron Reich.
Founded in 1960, the Jewish League was created as a coalition of elite Jewish heroes tasked with defending the land of Israel and Jewish communities worldwide. Unlike broader organizations like the JCL, the Jewish League had a focused mission: to preserve Jewish sovereignty and respond to regional and existential threats. Composed of highly trained operatives like the Aliyah Commandos, Daniel Ben Canaan, and the Challah Prince, the League carried out covert missions, counter-terrorism operations, and defense strategies that earned them international respect. Jewman was once a core member, fighting alongside his people until 2005 when the Iron Reich launched a devastating, carefully orchestrated strike that wiped out the entire League. After the massacre, Jewman severed all remaining formal ties and never rejoined. Though now dissolved, the legacy of the Jewish League lives on through the memories and sacrifices of its fallen members.
The Red Assembly is a powerful underground syndicate built upon vengeance, control, and economic warfare. Founded by the infamous Chinese twins in 1989, Madam Ding Dong and Madam Bing Bong, the Assembly operates as both a shadow government and a weaponized supply chain. Born from the factories of oppression and forged in the fires of revolt, the sisters now command a near-mythical status among their followers. While their headquarters is in the heart of Beijing, serving as a diplomatic and military operations hub, the twins themselves remain hidden deep within the Tibetan mountains, protected by loyal elites in an underground bunker. The Red Assembly’s power stems from the sisters’ supernatural ability to control and manipulate any product manufactured in China—a gift that allows them to sabotage foreign economies, seize control of global electronics, and weaponize supply chains. Their sprawling army includes cyber-engineers, state-backed enforcers, robotic infantry, and loyalist manufacturers embedded across the globe. Working in alignment with the Chinese government but answering only to the twins themselves.
Led by the enigmatic and all-seeing Watcher, the Eternal Eye is a shadowy, reality-bending faction composed of his loyal minions, brainwashed followers, and an ever-growing cult of worshippers. Bound by a shared obsession with hidden knowledge, cosmic order, and the Watcher's cryptic visions, members of the Eternal Eye believe in absolute surveillance and predestination. Their symbol—an unblinking eye surrounded by fractured rings—marks temples, secret chambers, and crumbling ruins where they gather to chant, observe, and await the Watcher's next command.
The Black Ledger Collective is a shadowy investigation agency that blends skilled hackers, disillusioned citizens, ex-government operatives, and even former members of the Joke Comic League itself. They operate under the belief that the JCL — and other organizations like Gayifier’s Rainbow Guard — are not telling the public the full truth.
To the outside world, the JCL is a chaotic but harmless hero league, but the BLC suspects deeper secrets: hidden projects, suppressed scandals, and possibly threats to society itself. Using data leaks, surveillance, and insider testimonies, the Collective compiles a “Black Ledger” of all suspicious activity they uncover.
While some members seek justice, others simply want the truth revealed, no matter how destructive it might be to the reputation of the world’s most eccentric heroes. Their work is dangerous, often putting them in the crosshairs of both heroes and villains who would rather their secrets stay buried.
The Bathroom Bandits are a chaotic, low-to-mid level villain gang infamous for their bizarre yet relentless campaign of destruction against public and private restrooms. Ranging in age from 15 to 25, they operate more like an anarchic street crew than a highly organized syndicate, yet their destructive influence has spread across multiple cities and towns. Clad in ripped punk-style outfits, leather jackets, studded belts, and steel-toe boots, they conceal their identities behind masks—often featuring graffiti-style paint, grotesque teeth designs, or crude smiley faces.
These are the lone forces of the JCU—heroes, villains, Anti-Heroes who walk their own path. They don’t answer to any organization, league, or higher authority. Whether driven by personal missions, mysterious codes, or chaotic impulse, these individuals shape the world on their own terms.
