Responsible for running the daily operations of HHS NJROTC Staff within the guidelines and direction established by the SNSI and NSI
Responsible for running the daily operations of HHS NJROTC Unit within the established guidelines and direction of the SNSI and NSI
Responsible for developing the necessary leadership skills to build a team among the Staff and Unit
Responsible for training, monitoring and assisting the entire staff and unit to ensure all aspects of t he unit is running efficiently and responsibility
Responsible for keeping a comprehensive record of staff performance and ensuring inadequacies identified are handled through training and further monitoring
Responsible for bringing all issues to the attention of the SNSI and NSI as soon as they are identified

Responsible for assisting the C/CO in running the daily operations of HHS NJROTC Staff within the guidelines and direction established by the SNSI and NSI
