Before the bell rings:
Platoon Commander (PC): "Attention on Deck. Report."
Squad Leaders: "Sir or Ma'am, First/Second Squad all present or accounted for (with the exception of cadet(s)....)"
PC: "Seats" then PC enters muster in spreadsheet and reports Muster to SNSI or NSI
SNSI or NSI passes instructions based on day of the week (get mats and prepare to do PT or prepare for inspection or get clickers and standby for the lesson of the day). If it's a PT day PC enters scores in PT page of spreadsheet, then instructs cadets to take their seats.
After class change bell rings:
PC: "Attention on Deck."
1st LT clears the room and ensures any trash or mess is addressed, after room is clear 1st LT gives PC thumbs up.
PC: "Dismissed"
PC: Report Muster to SNSI or NSI

Infractions of these rules will be dealt with swiftly and PC's and Squad Leaders will be expected to do 1/2 the number of push ups assigned to an individual who breaks the rules in their Platoon/Squad.
Ringing the Unit Bell: (even accidentally) will result in the offender being charged with 100 push ups per ring, doubles each subsequent offense.
Speaking in class when not called on: 50 push ups, 250 second offense, 1000 third offense
Using a phone in class without being given permission: 50 push ups, 250 second offense, 1000 third offense
Conduct unbecoming a cadet: 50 push ups 1st offense, 250 second offense, 1000 third offense
Entering the Supply Room without permission: 50 push ups 1st offense, 250 second offense, 1000 third offense
Eating in the Supply Room: 50 push ups 1st offense, 250 second offense, 1000 third offense
Not following the Chain of Command: 50 push ups 1st offense, 250 second offense, 1000 third offense
**Referrals are a last resort, but will be used if individuals choose to repeatedly break the rules**
