Fundraising Department
The Fundraising Department handles all tasks related to fundraising including the preparation and distribution of fundraising letters and the planning of fundraising events such as unit fundraising events.
Fundraising Officer
Responsibilities
Primary: Lead the Department in the preparation, distillation, and post return sorting and handling of the fundraising letters, Leading the department and a committee in the planning and execution of the Haunted Trail event.
Training: To train the chiefs and LPO’s in department procedure. (ex. Teaching how we handle the sorting of letters once they have been returned)
Fundraising Chief
Responsibilities
Primary: Work with the LPO’s through the process of sending out fundraising letters and train them in department procedures.
Secondary: Take a leading role in the Haunted Trail planning committee.
Fundraising LPO
Responsibilities
Primary: Help the Officer and Chief in the fundraising process’ such as handing out fundraising letters, planning haunted trail, and helping with the craft fair.
