Administration Department
The Admin Department is meant to be the well-oiled machine of the unit, that keeps track of any and all progress, tasks, and setbacks faced by the unit. Our department consists of the Admin Officer (LTJG), Admin Chief (CPO), Admin LPO’s (PO3-PO1), and Jr. LPO’s (Seaman Recruit-Seaman). The mission of this department is to ensure the success of the unit, and to not only exceed the expectations set by the SNSI’s/NSI’s, Senior Staff, Unit, etc., but the standards set from previous years. Any concerns and tasks can be emailed to the Admin Officer (listed below). Department staff can be found executing responsibilities in the Officer (ROTC Classroom).
Administration Officer
Responsibilities
Primary: Keeping virtual and written records of all community/unit service, required forms, and any progress made by all cadets in the unit. This includes fundraising letters, PT Tests, ROTC/Community Service Events, etc.
Prepare unit for AMI, (with records and cadet progress). This includes updating all records in CDMIS, working with Supply and Ops to ensure all uniform and community/unit service events have been tracked.
Secondary: Update the Admin Department Section of website as needed.
Training: CDMIS, file cabinet. Train department staff for same platforms/resources.
Admin Chief
Responsibilities
Primary: Assist the Admin Officer in keeping written and virtual records of all progress made by the unit.
Assisting the Admin Officer in preparing the unit for AMI, and executing any tasks assigned.
Make necessary changes to cadet records, both virtual and written.
Secondary: Report to Admin Officer of any updates or announcements needed to be made to unit
Training: Receive training from Admin Officer for platforms such as CDMIS, Google Drive, as well as files in the Office.

Admin LPO
Responsibilities
Primary: Assist Admin Officer and Chief in organizing and keeping track of all written records for cadets in the unit.
Secondary: Assist Admin Officer and Chief in executing tasks in CDMIS, Google Drive, and other virtual platforms used to track unit and individual cadet progress.
Report to Admin Officer or Chief any updates or announcements needed to be made to website or unit.
Training: Receive training on the use of the filing cabinet, and online platforms such as CDMIS and Google Drive from Admin Officer and Chief
