If 2-Step Verification/2 Factor is turned on/in use, you must create a Google App Password for the printer to use with the email address (This is _not_ a Passkey)
Select Security
Under "Signing in to Google," select 2-Step Verification
At the bottom of the page, select App passwords
Enter a memorable name (example: KYOCERA printer) that helps you remember where you’ll use the app password
Select Generate
Copy this code as it will be used below in Step 5., 3.
Select Done

Set SMTP Protocol to On
Set SMTP Port Number to 587
Set SMTP Server Name to smtp.gmail.com
Set SMTP Server Timeout to 180
Set Authentication Protocol to On
Set Authentication as to Other
Set Login User Name to <Gmail e-mail address>
Set Login Password to <the generated Google App Password>
The maximum length of the Login Password is 64 characters
Set SMTP Security to STARTTLS
Set Sender Address to the same Gmail e-mail address as used for the Login User Name
The maximum length of the sender address is 128 characters
Set SMTP Authentication and Sender Address to Use System Settings

Alternate Sender Address
Login to Gmail.com
Select Settings
Select Accounts and Import
Under Send mail as, Select Add another email address
Enter the email address of an already created Google account address
