How to create an Address Book entry
- Select Address Book
- Select Machine Address Book
- Select Add
Name field
E-mail section
- Used for scan to e-mail
E-mail Address field
SMB section
- Used for scan to folder
Host Name to IP address or Computer name or FQDN

If port 445 is specified
- This sets the printer to use SMB over IP
- If the Host Name is not an IP address then the printer will attempt to use DNS to resolve the Host Name
If port 139 is specified
- This sets the printer to use NetBIOS over TCP/IP
- If the Host Name is not an IP address then the printer will attempt to use NetBEUI to resolve the Host Name
