Access the printer's Command Center RX web page
Log into the printer's Command Center RX web page
Select Address Book
Select Machine Address Book
Select Add Contact
Input a value in the Name field
Under the SMB section
Set Host Name to the computer name (recommended)
Or the IP address of the computer
Set Port Number to 445
139 (if using NetBIOS over TCP/IP)
Set Path to just the share name
Set Login User Name to computer name\user name
Set Login Password
Select Test to check the settings
Select Submit
