Apply basic print settings to print jobs

You can select options quickly in a simple user interface

Quick Print settings can be saved as a group, called a profile, and applied to any print job

Profiles support common printing tasks

To return to the original settings, select Reset

The Reset button is available when accessing the printer driver from the application's Print dialog box

• 5 print options only

• Can also specify profiles

• All icons can be removed from view if you want to use only the Printer profiles options in the Quick Print tab

Administrator capabilities

• An administrator can hide the Edit button by selecting Hide Edit Quick Print control in Printer Properties: Device Settings > Administrator

• The Edit button is unavailable when the driver is accessed from an application’s Print dialog box

• The administrator can set the view of the Quick Print tab through the Installation process, or in Device Settings > Administrator
