The wound healing process involves four overlapping phases: Hemostasis (stopping bleeding with clots), Inflammation (immune cells clean debris and fight infection), Proliferation (new tissue forms, including granulation tissue and collagen), and Remodeling (collagen is reorganized, scar strengthens, and tissue matures over months). These coordinated steps restore skin integrity, moving from immediate clotting to long-term tissue strengthening, with proper care vital for preventing complications. 

1. Hemostasis (Immediate)

• Action: Blood vessels constrict, then platelets form a plug, followed by fibrin creating a mesh (clot/scab) to stop bleeding. 

2. Inflammation (Days 1-3)

• Action: White blood cells (like neutrophils and macrophages) arrive to clean the wound, fight bacteria, and release growth factors.

• Signs: Redness, swelling, warmth, and pain. 

3. Proliferation (Days 3-21)

• Action: New tissue (granulation tissue) fills the wound, blood vessels grow (angiogenesis), and skin cells (epithelium) start to cover the surface.

• Key: Fibroblasts lay down collagen, forming a scaffold. 

4. Remodeling/Maturation (Weeks to Years)

• Action: Collagen is reorganized and strengthened, the scar becomes paler, and the wound gains tensile strength, though it's never as strong as original skin.

• Result: The scar shrinks and fades over time, potentially taking up to two years. 

Factors affecting healing

• Wound depth: Deeper wounds scar more.

• Infection: Slows healing.

• Nutrition & Oxygen: Essential for cell repair.

• Underlying conditions: Diabetes or poor circulation can impair healing. 

Wounded (Earth & World)

The (atmospheric, aquatic, terrestrial, celestial) bodies, spirits and souls as ministry are involved in the healing wound processes of the universe e.g earth. The layers of the earth is like layers of the skins and worlds. In addition, untreated wounds and diseases arises or leads into disability.

The celestial space is like inflammations

The aquatic seas and oceans are like blood.

The aquatic swamp is like blood clot.

The terrestrial rocks and stones are like scabs.

The terrestrial mountains and hills are like scars.

The terrestrial vegetations and plantations are like hairs.

The terrestrial soils are like sores.

The atmospheric air is like breathe.

The atmospheric air is like flatulence.

The aquatic bodies are like urine.

The terrestrial rocks, stones and mountains are like faeces.

The heavens and earth are part of (wholesome, chaotic, able) verses (universe, biverse, triverse, diverse, multiverse, polyverse) dark worlds of all things within or without nothing composed of decomposed principalities and powers e.g waste. Until the big bang of illumination in Genesis 1 and  John 1 (lightened, disabled and wounded) the universe in order to create the heavens and earth from the universe as any or every wounded (parts, members and portions) of each other's worlds.

John 1:1

' IN THE beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself. [Isa. 9:6.]'

"In the beginning was speech (past subconscious knowledge, present unconscious wisdom, future conscious understanding). The disabilities of misuse and abuse of erotic love or passion are fruits such as; Mental Health Disabilities, Physical Health Disabilities, Learning Health Disabilities. Remember to prevent stress and pressure we should avoid superimposition of unwelcomed forbidden erotic love.

The erotic love is a holy romantic sexual relationship between a husband and wife involved together in monogamous (introductory courtship, wedding companionship, marriage coupleship, matrimonial partnership) conjugal bliss union.

Why are healthcare professionals e.g therapists and childcare professionals e.g aupairs misusing, abusing and using erotic love or passion and manic love or passion to bond with their clients?

Types of love:

Eros (romantic), Philia (deep friendship), Storge (familial), Ludus (playful), Pragma (enduring), Philautia(self-love), Agape (unconditional), Mania (obsessive). 

Disabilities are lasting impairments (conditions of the body or mind) that make it more difficult for a person to perform certain major life activities or participate fully in society due to a lack of necessary environmental support or interactions. Disabilities can be physical, mental, cognitive, developmental, or sensory, and can be visible or invisible. They are a part of the home abode experience and result from the interaction between a person's health condition and personal or environmental factors.  

Types of Disabilities:

Disabilities affect people in many ways and can be categorized into several broad types: 

• Physical Disabilities: Affect a person's movement or physical coordination, such as difficulty walking or other physical limitations. 

• Sensory Disabilities: Involve challenges with vision (blindness or low vision) or hearing (deafness or hearing impairment). 

• Cognitive, Developmental, or Intellectual Disabilities: Affect the ability to learn, communicate, or interact socially. 

• Mental Disabilities: Include mental health conditions or cognitive impairments that affect a person's ability to function. 

• Invisible Disabilities: Are conditions that are not readily apparent, such as learning disabilities, some mental health conditions, or chronic illnesses. 

Impact of Disabilities:

• Barriers to Participation: Disability is often experienced when a person's health condition interacts with a lack of adequate environmental support, inaccessible transportation, or negative social attitudes. 

• Health Disparities: Persons with disabilities often experience poorer health, die earlier, and have more limitations in daily functioning compared to people without disabilities. 

• Need for Support: Individuals with disabilities may require special tools, training, or accommodations to meet normal life requirements and participate fully in society.

The Quran addresses disability through themes of divine tests, patience, equality, and inclusion, emphasizing that physical limitations don't diminish a person's worth, as Allah judges hearts, not appearance, with verses like 2:155 promising reward for patience during trials, 24:61 absolving the disabled from some duties (e.g., attending prayer if unable), and 49:13 warning against ridicule, promoting justice and care for all, even those with physical or mental impairments. 

Key Quranic Themes & Verses:

• Divine Test & Patience (2:155): "And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient".

• No Blame for Incapacity (24:61): "There is not upon the blind any guilt or upon the lame any guilt or upon the ill any guilt [for remaining behind]..." (referring to certain religious duties like attending gatherings).

• Divine Justice & Equality (4:135, 49:13): "Stand up firmly for justice... even as against yourselves or your parents or your kin, and whether it be against rich or poor" (4:135) and "people should not make fun of each other... in the sight of God these are some of the most disliked acts" (49:13).

• Human Dignity (49:11): The Quran stresses fairness and respect for everyone, regardless of background or ability, promoting empathy and integration.

• Spiritual vs. Physical (Hadith): A key Hadith (prophetic saying) notes, "Verily, Allah does not look at your appearance or wealth, but rather He looks at your hearts and actions," emphasizing spiritual worth over physical state. 

Islamic Principles for Disability:

• No Burden Beyond Capacity (2:286): "Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity".

• Rights & Inclusion: Disabled individuals have rights to respect, social justice, basic needs, and full participation in the community, with duties sometimes reduced or waived, according to About Islam.

• Blessings in Disguise: Hardship, including disability, can be a means for spiritual growth and a source of reward for patience, notes Taylor & Francis Online and New Age Islam. 

The Bible addresses disability through verses about God's presence, purpose, and love, emphasizing that people with disabilities are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), part of God's design (Ephesians 2:10), and integral to the church (1 Corinthians 12:12-27), with many passages encouraging compassion, support, and recognizing God's strength in weakness (Isaiah 41:10, 2 Corinthians 12:9) and the hope of future healing (Isaiah 35:5).

• Psalm 139:14: "I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." (Highlights inherent worth).

• Ephesians 2:10: "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." (Disability isn't a mistake).

• Jeremiah 29:11: "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." (God's plans for all). 

Compassion & Inclusion

• Matthew 25:40: "Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." (Serving others with disabilities is serving Jesus).

• Luke 14:12-14: Jesus instructs to invite the poor, crippled, lame, and blind to feasts. (Inclusion in community).

• Leviticus 19:14: "Do not curse the deaf or put a stumbling block in front of the blind, but fear your God. I am the Lord." (Protecting the vulnerable). 

Strength in Weakness & Hope

• 2 Corinthians 12:9: "But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.'" (God's strength in personal struggle).

• Isaiah 41:10: "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." (God's presence and strength).

• Isaiah 35:5: "Then the eyes of the blind will be opened and the ears of the deaf unstopped." (Prophecy of future healing). 

Jesus' Example

• Jesus ministered to people with disabilities, showing dignity, offering healing, and giving them a voice, challenging societal norms.
