DM-1 for every previous career
(assignment changes do not count!)
Advancement:
INT 6+ check
if result less or equal to the number of terms in Agent career, must leave career after this term
if 12+ must stay in Agent career next term
Survival:
END 6+ check
on success, roll on Agent Career Events Table
on failure, roll on Agent Career Mishaps Table

If this is the first Term in Agent career, take basic training
Otherwise select training as normal
Basic Training for Agent career from Service Skills table
If this is the first Career, gain all skills at level 0
