Our Wines

Irripetibile: our flagship wine made with Syrah grapes with little hints of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Deep and intense red with violet hints. Blue raspberry, chocolate and spicy aromas. Soft and round with a lingering persistence. "Irripetibile" means unrepeatable, like nature displays every year a unique sequence of climate conditions that affect the grapes and wine in a not repeatable way. Fined in small oak barrels and part in steel tanks for 12-18 months before bottling. 50 to 100 cases produced every year

"Il Ghiro": obtained from an old vineyard planted in the seventies, this traditional red wine is, for us, the best interpreter of our land. Made with Merlot (up to 60%), Marzemino, Schiava, Ciliegiolo and Nebbiolo grapes all harvested and fermented together in a terracotta jar with long skin contact. Terracotta enhance the "breath" of the must and allows the wine to keep its soul intact. Fined in small oak barrels for 12-18 months. 30 to 60 cases produced every year

Sufistik: reserve wine made by a selection of Petit Verdot grapes with some hints of Cabernet Sauvignon and sometimes Syrah too. Born to rapresent the challenge of making a wine strong and elegant at the same time: "an knuckle duster in a velvet glove". Sufistik is released just in the best vintages (if not released it goes in the "Irripetibile" final blend). average production: 10 cases per year
