Gangsta Granny

You love your granny, don’t you? A happy smile, the best cookies in the world, and the lovely sweaters she knits. Who couldn’t love such a person? Ben couldn’t. He doesn’t like his granny at all. His granny is the same as all others except for her own little likings and signature styles dropped into almost everything she made. For example, she loves cabbage. She makes cabbage cakes, cabbage soup, cabbage chocolate, cabbage surprise, and many more cabbage-based treats. Ben thinks that her cabbage treats were the worst. Every Friday, Ben’s parents go out to spend some time alone. He keeps complaining to them about staying with his continually farting granny every Friday, but they still keep dropping him off at his granny’s. One day, his granny overhears him on the phone when he complains to his parents about how boring she was. She decides to reveal something to him. Something that no one knew, not even her son (Ben’s dad). Ben’s granny was an international jewel thief!

His stories are great for young children, and this one can be read to children of around seven. His characters always do the unthinkable.
