Dr. Timothy Green has been a Professor of Elementary and Bilingual Education at California State University Fullerton since 1999, five years of which he served as the Director of Distance Education. Additionally, he has previously held positions as a K-12 educator and administrator. In addition to his traditional work as a teacher educator, he has made a concerted effort to promote teacher resources and support through his former podcast, an upcoming podcast, and most importantly, the CORE Framework, an instructional design philosophy predicated on four essential traits for all educators: Concise, Organized, Relevant, and Engaging. He received his PhD in Instructional Systems Technology & Curriculum and Instruction from Indiana University in 2000.
