Martin Weller

Martin Weller is Emeritus Professor of Educational Technology at the Institute of Educational Technology (IET) at The Open University in the UK. In 1999, he developed the Open University's first fully online course and served as the institution's first VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) Director. His work focuses on digital scholarship, open educational practices, virtual learning environments, and critical histories of technology adoption in higher education.
