Jesús H. Trespalacios is a Professor in Educational Leadership, Research and Technology at Boise State University. He joined Boise State in 2013 after working at New Mexico State University. He earned his Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technologies from Virginia Tech, an M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, and a B.S. in Mathematics Education from Universidad Industrial de Santander. His research focuses on online education, instructional design, online learning communities, technology integration, and accessibility in online learning. His work has examined online instructional strategies, student experiences in online programs, technology integration, and the development of inclusive online learning environments. His recent research includes studies of accessible and inclusive online learning in higher education and technology integration in educational settings. He also teaches online graduate courses in instructional design and research methods. His research focuses on online learning, instructional design, online student engagement, and the development of community and connectedness in online learning environments.
